Subject: Freight Change to Prepaid & Add Only

Due to current instability in oil and gasoline prices, EVAPCO is discontinuing the Full Freight Allowed (FFA) option for all equipment shipped from the following facilities.

- Taneytown, MD

- Greenup, IL

- Madera, CA

- Lake View, IA

- Bryan, TX

- Laval, QC

- Belmont, MI

Given the current geopolitical landscape, simply announcing a freight increase may not accurately reflect the potential spike or decline in freight charges over the next several months or longer. Therefore, until further notice, all EVAPCO pricing for North America built equipment is quoted only on a “prepaid and add” freight basis.

Effective immediately, and until further notice, freight on in Spectrum shall only be quoted as For existing quotations in Spectrum, you will be required to automatically update freight to PPA prior to submitting an order, and you should also let your customers know that the current FFA pricing is no longer valid.

We will honor all current purchase orders that have already been booked and submitted in Spectrum with Full Freight Allowed pricing.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you and your customers, but we anticipate this is only a temporary measure and that we can return to offering Full Freight Allowed pricing as an option again soon.
